Oral presentation

It is recommended to limit your presentation to 6 slides in order not to exceed the 10 minutes allowed to each presentation.
PowerPoint presentations have to be sent to the organizers (m.delville@aim.skynet.be) by May 25 at the latest.
Poster presentation

Authors doesn't have to send their poster file to organization, they have to bring their printed poster at the workshop. There will be no possibility to print the posters during the workshop.
Posters can be presented during the interactive poster tours (about 3 minutes per paper) or only in stand alone (the poster is presented by authors but not during the guided tours).
Authors must notify their choice to the secretariat for April 26 at the latest.
